When booking classes, pleases read the class descriptions carefully (or send us a chat) and make sure that you are booking the correct level and age group. If you show up to lessons and have booked the wrong level, we may not be able to make changes if the class you need is full, and at that point, we will not be able to offer refunds.

Due to the high demand for our lessons, we are unable to offer a waitlist option to fill slots as they become available. We do offer a last-minute cancellation notification list. Please see the Last-Minute form in the menu for more details.
